Online Registration Prerequisites:

Before starting online registration process, make sure that you have the following ready with you:

1. Before you start your Registration process, kindly read all the information given in the Prospectus & "Important Instructions" Information Link.
2. Applicants will receive registration confirmation on the mobile number provided by them at the time of registration.
3. A Laptop / Desktop with standard configuration is ideally preferred to submit the online Registration.
4. Before you begin the Online Registration, make sure you have a good and uninterrupted internet connection.
5. The Online Registration Module is best compatible with the browser Google Chrome & Mozila Firefox.
6. A Recent passport size photograph is important for completion of registration formalities.The Photograph must be:
   1. Coloured
   2. Should be of 3.5 cm Width and 4.5 cm Height, as displayed in the sample below.
   3. Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance.
   4. With plain white or off-white background color.
   5. Taken with full face view directly facing the camera.
   6. With neutral facial expression with both eyes opened.
   7. With full front face, no cap, no hat, no head covering, unless worn daily for religious purpose.
   8. Dark glasses or glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable in photograph.
   9. Head should be upright and in centre in the photograph.
   10. It is recommended that photos should be taken by professional photographer.
   11. Technical Specification of Digital Photograph:
       1. Image File format: JPEG
       2. Image file size: Maximum 100 KB
       3. Minimum Resolution (DPI):200
7. Scanned image of your full signature (Sign with black ball point pen) in color mode with following specifications:
   1. Image File format: JPEG
   2. Image file size: Maximum 50 KB
   3. Minimum Resolution (DPI): 200
   4. Minimum Image Dimension: 6.5 cm Width x 2 cm Height
8. Image of Online Payment Receipt in 100 DPI, compressed JPEG / JPG format. File size of scaned image of Online Payment Receipt should not exceed to 500 KB.
9. Incomplete Registration Form will not be accepted. Online registration form has to be filled very carefully specially the category, sub category and Qualification fields.
10. After you have completely filled your registration form, Pay your prescribed fee and click the Submit Button.
11. After payment of Registration Fee, you are required to upload a copy of your Online Payment Receipt on the admission link of the RGNAU's website.
12. The registration formalities will be considered complete only after you have uploaded the online payment receipt on the admission portal.
13. You are advised to visit the University website (www.rgnau.ac.in) regularly for all admission related updates.
